Summary: Room was spacious but could use better lighting. Bathroom was very small and small vanity with extremely oversized vessel sink resulting nowhere to place anything. Outside shy s and landscaping extremely overgrown but they started trimming day we departed. A big plus was the pool area with plenty of lounge chairs. Restaurant food overpriced for mediocre quality but plenty of excellent nearby restaurants.

Summary: LOVE LOVE LOVE this hotel! Visited with my 13 year old son to fish over April break. Plenty of thing for him and I to do together. Swimming, fishing, pickleball, basketball, bocce ball, minigolf, s’mores and a campfire at night. Food and drinks were good and the service was amazing. My ONLY complaint is the while the rooms were large and beautiful the bathroom was TINY with zero counter space.

Summary: 4 out of 5 stars – Islander Resort My wife and I booked a last-minute anniversary getaway and decided to stay in the U.S. instead of our usual all-inclusive trips to Cabo. This place turned out to be a great find. We made the five-hour drive from St. Petersburg, and from the moment we arrived, the vibe was relaxed and exactly what we needed. The staff was friendly and welcoming, and the poolside concierge service really stood out. We rented a cabana for the day, and the service was excellent, attentive without being over the top. The property is beautiful and well-maintained, and the room was comfortable. That said, it’s not quite the all-inclusive experience we’re used to, which is the main reason for the 4-star rating. The biggest drawback was the cost of food and drinks. While everything tasted good, the pricing felt excessive. A bottle of house wine, a Cuban sandwich, and a flatbread came out to around $160, which was hard to justify. We also had a couple of windy days, so only one perfect beach day, but that’s just weather. Overall, we’d definitely recommend it for a relaxing getaway. If you’re budget-conscious, consider stopping by Publix or checking out nearby restaurants.

Summary: i,m 5"10 and the shower in room 135 is way to low. at 71 years young to go out the back door is way to hard to open.BAR; Bar is to high,the foot stand are to low and the lights at the bar in front of the TVs makes no sense.There are not enough lounge chairs on the beach and not enough of the cabanas(there only 3).Dinner was great except no bread or salad with the meal for the price.And you need to pack the bocce ball court so you can actually enjoy it.

Summary: The AC was a split unit and didn't get cold even down at 62 degrees. The room was muggy. Also, the picture shows a normal bathroom, but the tropical double queen has no tub and a sink in the bedroom. You have to brush your teeth in the bedroom. Weird. Lastly, they removed the hot tub.
